Who Built Your Home?

If we are wise, we will build our homes according to the Lord's plans.  As a child, my friends and I decided to build a clubhouse.  We used scraps of wood that were left behind from home construction sites in our neighborhood.  We didn't have a plan--other than to nail this board to that board, and so on.  There were gaps, it was not set on a foundation, and it tilted.  The roof leaked and the door didn't close right.  What a mess!  The 1st rainstorm took it down. 

We were just children...and we were playing!  However, God isn't playing around.  He is our Father--we are His children--and He's asking us to build our homes on a solid foundation of His Word.  The plans, the tools, the supplies, the know-how are all provided for you in His instruction book, The Bible.  Build wisely, my friend!
